Little Stars

Little Stars classes are for children aged 7-12.

These musical theatre classes include singing, dancing, acting and games to teach performance while building students' confidence. These classes are run in full term blocks in accordance with the academic year. You must pre-book your place and a deposit must be paid to ensure your child's place. Flexible payment options available for the term and new members are welcome to join from September 2024. Each academic year ends with a performance in the theatre.

Classes take place every Tuesday from 4.30pm-5.30pm in Knocknacarra Community Centre in Cappagh Park.

Benefits of Musical Theatre Classes

Singing

Classes will include warm-ups, singing with proper technique and breath control while learning fun songs from a range of different styles.

Dancing

Classes will include a range of dance styles and build their fitness.

Acting

Students will learn how to act through improvisation, games and scripts. This will also improve communication skills.

Games

Games will be used to improve collaboration and experiment with performance.

Social Skills

Students will learn to work together through group work, improvisation and games.

Build Confidence

These classes will help to build confidence through performing, working together and developing communication skills.

When: Tuesdays from 4.30pm

2 Trial classes available. Trial = 25 euro

Students must commit to the term or leave after the trial period.
